5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1. We ship Worldwide, except for trees only in Switzerland.
5.2. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on the size, weight, and destination of the order.
5.3. Estimated delivery times are provided but are not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
5.4. Upon receipt of the product, you are responsible for inspecting the package and notifying us of any damages within 48 hours.
6. Returns and Refunds
6.1. Due to the perishable and delicate nature of bonsai trees, returns are not accepted for live plants unless they arrive damaged.
6.2. For non-living products (e.g., tools, pots), returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the product is unused and in its original condition.
6.3. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
7. Care Instructions
7.1. Each bonsai tree comes with general care instructions. However, Hashirama Bonsai is not responsible for the health of the bonsai after delivery.
7.2. Customers are encouraged to research and provide the appropriate care environment for their specific bonsai.
8. Liability

Improper care or handling of the bonsai after delivery.
Damages caused by third-party couriers.
Losses resulting from inaccurate customer-provided information.
